At Stanford Health Care, we cultivate excellence in nursing practice which is translated through our patient care. Nurses at Stanford have the opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute in ways that are meaningful to them. We foster lifelong learning and professional growth from entry to practice through academic progression and professional certification. Nurses are engaged as active partners in decision-making within the organization and beyond, and their voices are valued and respected for the expertise they contribute to outstanding patient care.
